Projects instead of one big pot
Every order, location or line of work is its own project. You see what that specific job earned, not just "this month overall".
Partners and profit split
Set each partner’s share in percent — yours is calculated automatically. Per person you see earned, paid out and the remaining balance.
Payouts with a history
Every payout is recorded with month, amount and a note, so "did I already pay you?" is answered by one screen.
Debts that count themselves
A "debt" project knows the principal: each repayment reduces what is left, and the remainder is always visible.
Savings kept separate
A savings pot with a target and its own currency symbol. It never mixes into business profit or distorts the reports.
Sharing by phone or e-mail
Invite a partner or an accountant as viewer or editor, and decide separately whether they see the financial totals.
Reports and export
Financial state, dynamics, category summaries, partner settlements. Any period exports to CSV for Excel.

File every transaction under its project. Within a week the dashboard shows where the money actually goes.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign up?
There is no separate sign-up: open the app, enter your phone number or e-mail and the code you receive. If no such account exists yet, the app asks for your name and creates one — the same form handles both.
How much does it cost?
It is currently free to use. If a paid plan appears, we will announce it in advance rather than spring it on you.
Do I have to connect a bank?
No. The app has no access to your accounts and does not read statements — you enter transactions yourself and control exactly what is recorded.
How is this different from a household budget app?
Money is tracked per project rather than per area of life, and it adds partners, shares, payouts and debts — things budget apps usually lack.
How do I sign in without a password?
Sign in with your phone number or your e-mail: a one-time code arrives by SMS or by mail. You can set a password later so you do not wait for a code every time.
Can two people work on one project?
Yes. Invite them by phone number or e-mail as viewer or editor. They work with your categories, while their own dashboard stays separate.
What happens to my data if I delete the account?
The account and all projects, transactions, partners and attachments are permanently deleted. It takes one step in the settings.
What does the name mean?
“Шо по бабках” (Sho po babkakh) is Ukrainian slang for “so, how are we doing on money?” — the question partners ask each other at the end of the month. It is also written “шо по бабкам” and shortened to ШПБ / SHPB, which is how the app is listed in the stores and why the site lives on shpb.app.
